服務條款 (Terms of Service)

一、條款之接受與變更

歡迎使用「995 委託板」（以下簡稱「本平台」）。當您存取網頁或透過 Google / Facebook 登入使用本服務時，即代表您已閱讀、理解並同意接受本服務條款。

我們保留隨時更新本條款之權利。最新服務條款將公布於本網頁，恕不個別通知用戶。

二、用戶帳號與登入安全

為了維護任務交易的安全性，用戶必須使用本平台提供的 Google 或 Facebook 第三方安全登入管道。

• 用戶不得以虛假身分註冊，亦不可冒用他人頭像及暱稱發送垃圾恐嚇廣告。
• 用戶對其帳號發佈之所有任務、委託與言論負全部法律責任。

三、平台規範與法律責任

本平台僅作為用戶之間互助和承接雜務之「資訊交換橋樑」，不參與任務當事人的實際執行、薪資給付、契約簽立或任何實質爭議調解。

• 嚴禁不法內容：禁止發佈涉及色情、槍枝、毒品、詐騙、博弈、洗錢等違反中華民國法律之委託。
• 惡意洗板：廣播功能及一般委託限制不合常理、頻繁或蓄意無意義的字句。一旦查實，本平台有權無預警封鎖用戶權限或直接清洗其發佈之任務。
• 刊登限制：『尋求幫手』分類僅限發布一次性或短期的民間雜務與專案委託。本平台嚴禁刊登公司長期僱用、正職徵才或職業介紹等相關內容。

四、法律免責聲明與管轄權

本平台致力提供安全透明之系統服務，但不保證平台絕對不中斷亦不承擔因系統臨時維修或 Firebase 云端服務不穩定造成之損失。用戶因任務糾紛、金流、承接意外造成之所有民刑事損害，均由任務雙方當事者自行承擔，本平台概不負責。

五、用戶隱私與個人資料保護

本平台之個人資料蒐集與處理，均完全符合我們的 隱私權政策。

六、帳號註銷（刪除帳號）、緩衝期與風控稽核條款

依據個人資料保護法與 GDPR 隱私法規之「正當防禦利益（Legitimate Interests）」與「法律義務」，為維護平台交易安全與防範詐騙及違規行為，本平台訂有以下帳號註銷規則：

• 數據凍結緩衝期（30 Days Grace Period）：當您申請註銷帳號時，系統將即刻隱藏您於前台的個人檔案與發布紀錄，並進入為期 30 天之數據凍結緩衝期。緩衝期滿後，系統將自動完成敏感個人資料之去識別化。
• 不可篡改審計日誌（Audit Logs）：為確保違規停權使用者無法透過重新註冊規避懲處，即便 30 天緩衝期滿清空個人敏感資料，系統仍將獨立永久保留去識別化之違規紀錄標籤與風險特徵日誌（Audit Logs）。
• 未完結爭議之註銷阻斷：若您於申請時仍有「進行中 (in_progress)」、「爭議審查中」之委託任務，或帳號處於「停權/調查」狀態，系統將直接阻斷註銷請求，相關數據將保留至爭議處理完畢為止。

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using "995 Marketplace", you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. User Registration & Security

Users must log in securely via standard, federated Google or Facebook Login pathways. You agree that you are solely responsible for keeping your logins safe and remain liable for any task posts or communications dispatched under your account.

3. Marketplace Code of Conduct

Our platform operates purely as an information marketplace matching freelance request seekers and task performers. We strictly prohibit:

• Posting illegal materials, unauthorized medical work, drugs, scam/fraud schemes, gambling networks, or harassment.
• Spamming broadcasts or task lists with continuous gibberish or promotional affiliate links.
• The "Seeking Help" category is only for posting one-off or short-term private errands and project requests. This platform strictly prohibits advertising companies from long-term recruitment, full-time job postings, or job placement services.

4. Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no representations or warranties regarding uptime, database syncing correctness, or real-world behavior of task seekers and operators. Under no circumstances shall this platform or its development team be held liable for any physical harm, loss of funds, or contract breaches between cooperating users.

5. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, local jurisdiction.
