如何徹底刪除您在 995 委託板 的帳號與數據

「995 委託板」高度重視您的數據所有自主權。依據 GDPR 與 Meta 應用程式政策，不論您是透過 Facebook 或 Google 登入，我們均提供「即時一鍵刪除」及「書面申請刪除」兩種資料清除管道：

管道一：應用程式內一鍵自主刪除 (推薦，即時生效)

您可以直接在我們的網頁上清空所有個人資料，步驟如下：

1. 使用您原本的社群方式登入「995 委託板」。
2. 在首頁側邊欄點選「個人委託」（或在手機版下方導航列點選「個人」分頁）。
3. 在網頁中間看見「個人隱私與帳戶管理」控制面板。
4. 點選紅色按鈕：「永久刪除帳號與所有委託資料」。
5. 依照系統提示，在確認對話框內輸入 確認刪除 四個字，並點選確認。
6. 資料庫將隨即完成以下合規程序：
   • 30 天數據凍結緩衝期：您的個人檔案與歷史任務會即刻對外全面隱藏，緩衝期滿後自動完成敏感個人資料之去識別化。
   • 不可篡改審計日誌 (Audit Logs)：為防範違規詐騙與規避停權，去識別化之違規紀錄標籤將獨立保存於唯讀稽核日誌。
   • 阻斷機制：若您尚有「進行中 (in_progress)」、「爭議待處理」之任務或帳號處於「停權/審查期」，系統將強制阻斷註銷。
   • 自動中斷該裝置上的所有 Firebase 登入快取與 Token 狀態。

管道二：書面電子郵件申請 (由管理員人工清除)

若您因為任何原因（如：登入帳號遺失或連線異常）無法登入系統點選 self-deletion 按鈕，請直接寄信向管理組小組提報。

* 管理組在收到信件並核實身分無誤後，會在 3 個工作天內，至後台主機為您徹底淨空所有 Firestore 及 Auth 記錄。

如何解除 Facebook 上的 995 應用程式授權

若要完全撤銷您先前對本平台授權存取的 FB 基本權力，可直接在 Facebook 平台進行廢止：

1. 登入您的 Facebook 帳密。
2. 前往您個人設定、隱私中的「設定與隱私」 > 「設定」。
3. 在左側選單中，點選「應用程式和網站」 (Apps and Websites)。
4. 搜尋名為並點選「995 委託板」 (或您當初授權之應用名稱)。
5. 點選 「移除」 即可中斷後續的連結。

Data Deletion Instructions (GDPR & Meta Compliance)

At "995 Marketplace", we deeply value your control over your personal footprint. In compliance with GDPR and Meta Platform Policies, we offer two secure data deletion solutions for accounts created via Facebook or Google Login:

Option 1. Instant Self-Service Deletion inside the Application (Recommended)

1. Log in to your 995 Marketplace account.
2. Click "My Tasks" (個人委託) in the sidebar (or tap the "Profile" icon in the bottom navbar on mobile layout).
3. Locate the panel labeled "Personal Data & Account Privacy".
4. Click the red button: "Delete App Account and Task Data".
5. Enter the verification confirmation signature 確認刪除 inside the prompt text field, then click confirm.
6. Our cloud Firestore systems will immediately run an irreversible purging query: Users profile document, task sheets, & active broadcasts linked to your `uid` are instantly destroyed.

Option 2. Email-Based Written Support Request

If you are unable to access your portal, you may file a deletion request via our support inbox. Our representative will cross-verify ownership and clear your data files manually.

How to Revoke "995" App Permissions inside Facebook Settings

If you wish to terminate authorization for this app, you can do so directly within Facebook:

1. Log in to your Facebook profile.
2. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
3. Select Apps and Websites in the left navigation sidebar.
4. Locate "995 委託板".
5. Click Remove to revoke developer token access permanently.
